Michael started Hael Construction with the vision of building a company that will flourish based on his three focuses: Transparency, Innovation and Trust. Michael developed a passion for construction at a young age as his father worked in the industry for over 30 years. With this approach and his three focuses he has built a team that truly engrave his vision to their everyday operations. Michael’s endurance, perseverance, and passion has tied together a strong Hael Construction family to help build a better tomorrow.

Kevin is Hael Construction’s Senior Accountant and Financial Planner. Kevin is a Chartered Professional Accountant holding his CPA, CGA accounting designations. The last 10 years of Kevin’s accounting career has been primarily focused on helping clients in the Construction and Real Estate industries (both residential and commercial). Kevin attends several conferences and lectures each year to ensure he keeps up to date with any bylaw and tax changes that may affect the construction and real estate industry.

Jason Lee joined Hael Construction in 2017 as a Managing Supervisor. He has a diverse background from the 10 years in the workforce. Jason is experienced in managing workers in a unionize environment to the private sector with multiple service providers. As a Managing Supervisor for Hael Construction, he brings in a wealth of knowledge and experience in running multiple projects with a diverse workforce.

Simon Wong
Project Manager
Simon Wong joined Hael Construction in 2019 as a Project Manager. He came to the organization with more than 15 years of construction knowledge and management experience. Simon is a certified Red Seal Carpenter, certified Gold Seal (Project Management) and Certified Risk Management. Most of his construction management comes from the commercial and industrial sector (BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan), but he gained his residential experience as a carpenter, where he mastered his skills and knowledge by building various custom homes in the Lower Mainland.

Our team consists of diverse professional backgrounds from interior design to site development and construction. Our portfolio ranges from single-family to multi-family dwellings, commercial interiors, and tenant improvements in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Tri-cities, Interior BC, Vancouver Islands, United States, and Asia.
